Matthew Waatti has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experienc. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Waatti served as the Chief Executive Officer of Peak Development, formerly Peak Development and Property Management. Under his leadership the company built and sold more lifestyle retail centers, multi-family housing units and a condominium complex than any other local developer. Additionally, he oversaw the design and building of the Kalispell Regional medical Center Cancer Treatment Hospital, the largest cancer treatment center in the Northwest. Matt is a member of theFlathead Builders Association, Kalispell Chamber of Commerce Member, Flathead Business Association. Matt is a Licensed real estate property manager with the State of Montana Board of Realty Regulation.
